Q: To whom do you recommend the Renegade Strength Club?
A: To those who want to build functional muscle and a badass physique, but have failed to do so following most of the other popular programs. Our workouts are specifically designed for those who struggle to gain muscle and remain injury free. If you’re not seeing the results you want from the mainstream methods, and are sick of getting injured these workouts will be life changing.
Q: What are the advantages of Renegade programs above all others?
A: The traditional “bench-squat-dead,” and “keep adding weight to the bar” programs only work for those who are genetically gifted to build muscle. Unless you are one of those guys and have short limbs and the kind of body suited for that type of program you’ll get nowhere. The only guarantee from training like that is that you’ll be frustrated and frequently injured.
The Renegade Method takes a different approach to training. One that is much better suited for the genetically average, injury prone, skinny-fat “hardgainer” type.
Guys who are over 35 really thrive on these types of programs because they experience results for the first time in their lives. And they finally eliminate all the injuries and nagging aches and pains.
Q: What happens when I finish up a program?
A: You move on to the next one. There will be a constant stream of new workouts every month, and they will all feature my most cutting edge training techniques. You will always find a new program that suits your training goals.
Q: Is it okay if I don’t have access to a gym?
A: Yes. A few of the more advanced workouts require gym access, but there are plenty of others that you can perform anywhere. All you need is your own bodyweight, rings or a suspension trainer and a little bit of space in the park, garage, or living room.
Q: What if I don’t understand how to do some exercises?
A: With our comprehensive video library, you will be able to see exactly how to perform each exercise for best results. If you still need help, you can always post up a training video and get instant feedback on how to better perform the movement.
Q: What if I don’t have more than thirty minutes per day to exercise?
A: That’s not a problem because our workouts only last 30-40 minutes. If you are really pressed for time you can just skip the last few sets.
Q: What if I have trouble staying motivated?
