What exactly do I get?

How many days a week is the program?
There are 4 strength workouts and 2 conditioning workouts each week. The strength sessions last 45 minutes, and the conditioning sessions last 15-30 minutes.
What does a typical training day look like?
Each training day starts with a dynamic warm up and mobility work. You will then do some explosive power training, lift some heavy shit, and bang out some bodybuilding style stuff to get swole. The workouts are designed in such a way that you’ll jacked instead of getting hurt.
Guys who are injury prone and/or over 35 will really thrive on our programming.
How do I get started?
Select one of the coaching plan options that are right for you. You will then be prompted to create a username and password. When you log in you’ll have instant access to the workouts, meal plans, support forum, exclusive videos and be able to submit your before pictures to enter the transformation contest and win a trip to Santa Monica.
What are the advantages of Renegade programs above all others?
A: The traditional “bench-squat-dead” programs only work for those who are gifted to build muscle and never get injured. Unless you’re that guy and have the structure for that type of program you’ll get nowhere.
The Renegade Method takes a different approach. One that’s much better suited for the genetically average, busy dude. Guys who are over 35 really thrive on these programs because they get huge and not hurt.
Do I need any special equipment or access to a gym?
No. You can do all of the workouts in a home gym with a barbell, dumbbells, a rack, a bench, a chin up bar and a suspension trainer. It would be helpful to have a few kettlebells but it’s not essential.
Can I do these workouts if I am a beginner?
A: Absolutely. We have workouts for every level; from beginner to intermediate to advanced.
How long will it take to see results?
It really depends on you. The best way to achieve lasting results is to do the work. This takes time and effort. We can’t promise you overnight results because there is no such thing. If you stick to the training and nutrition plan you will see the fastest results possible for your own unique body type.
What kind of results can I expect?
