Q: How many days a week is the program?
There are 3 mandatory strength workouts each week with an optional 4th day. In addition we post 1-2 conditioning workouts each week. The strength sessions last 45 minutes, and the conditioning sessions last 15-30 minutes.

Q: Do I need any special equipment or access to a gym?
A: No. You can do all of the workouts in a home gym with a barbell, dumbbells, a rack, a bench, a chin up bar and a suspension trainer. It would be helpful to have a few kettlebells but it’s not essential.
Q: Can I do these workouts if I am a beginner?
A: Absolutely. We have workouts for every level; from beginner to intermediate to advanced.
Q: How long will it take to see results?
It really depends on you. The best way to achieve lasting results is to do the work. This takes time and effort. We can’t promise you overnight results because there is no such thing. If you stick to the training and nutrition plan you will see the fastest results possible for your own unique body type.
