Q: How many days/week are the workouts?
Each week you’ll have 3 mandatory strength workouts plus 1 more optional workout (do it if you’re feeling fresh, skip it if you need a little more time to recover). Each strength workout last about 30 minutes.
You’ll also get 1-2 conditioning workouts each week, which are 15-30 minutes each.
Q: Do I need a ton of equipment or a fancy gym?
All you need is your own bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, an adjustable bench, suspension straps, and the occasional odd object like a sandbag thrown in. Some boxes and balls would be a nice addition. And you can sub in barbell exercises for any of the dumbbell movements.
Q: How is this program different from other programs?
The workouts can all be done with minimal equipment and take just 30 minutes to burn fat and build muscle. You’re busy and don’t have time to spend hours in the gym. With this program, you won’t need to.
Q: What does a typical workout look like?
You’ll start with a brief warm-up and mobility work. Then you’ll do some heavy strength training, explosive work, and conditioning. It’s a best-of-all-worlds approach that will give you a head-turning physique and make you harder to kill.
